How to Fix the Issue of a Spinning Mouse

Many users may face a continuously spinning mouse cursor, which can disrupt their experience and reduce productivity. This article offers several effective solutions to quickly fix the issue.


Method 1: Update Drivers


Outdated, corrupted, or incompatible drivers can cause performance issues, hardware malfunctions, or system crashes. It is recommended to use Driver Sentry to automatically detect and update drivers, saving time and avoiding the risk of downloading or installing incorrect drivers.

1). Click the download button to get the latest version of Driver Sentry, install the software, and then click "Scan".

2). After the scan, the software will display which drivers are missing or need updating. Find the mouse driver in the results list and click the "Update" button.

3). After the update, it is recommended to restart your computer to ensure the updated drivers take effect.


Method 2: Check Background Programs
